Turner Lynch Campus Center

Named for alumna and trustee Belle Turner Lynch ’61, the campus center is an award-winning $16 million, 50,000 square foot building that serves as the hub for student Campus Center Dining Hall activities, meals and other social gatherings.

Designed to serve an expanding on-campus and commuting student population. Situated to physically and symbolically connect academics and student life, it is a place where students come together to collaborate, play and relax. The open, light-filled hub encompasses a main dining hall, student organization spaces, meeting rooms, recreation and study spaces and student services offices. The project was awarded an IIDA Best of the Best in the Education Category, a Higher Education Award of Merit for construction and design achievements by ENR Southeast and an IESNA Award of Merit in Lighting Design.
