1500K Street
1500 K Street was originally built in 1928 and named the Southern Railway Building, a total of over 250,000 SF of commercial workplace. Featuring exposed brick, portal windows and classical detailing, its heritage exterior architecture hides a newly reimagined interior that fuses cutting-edge design and technology with enduring elegance. A modern office building for those who appreciate effortlessly polished design, it’s a truly classic revival – close to Farragut North, the White House, and McPherson Square.
The recent renovation was completed by Callison RTKL, with CD+M designing lighting for both interiors and exteriors of this stunning building located in the heart of the nation’s capitol.
