The Gate Avenue at DIFC
The Gate Avenue at DIFC serves as a “central spine” along numerous building podiums within the district, reaching from the Gate Building in the North to the primarily residential district in the South. A unique cultural experience in the region, residents and visitors alike can stroll a nearly 1km long walkway comprised of continuous retail, restaurant and service outlets, all connected with an open-air promenade and relaxed parkland environment.
Under the guidance of international architecture practice RMJM, CD+M designed both interiors and exteriors of this LEED Gold Certified project which has completely transformed the heart of the Dubai International Financial Centre into a vibrant destination of its own.
