Centennial Olympic Park Improvements

The expansion and renovation of the 21-acre Centennial Olympic Park in downtown Atlanta, GA was intended to revitalize and better serve the downtown area adjacent to several notable attractions including the Georgia Aquarium, The College Football of Fame and the National Center of Civil and Human Rights. Originally built for the 1994 Olympics, the renovation was designed to increase community access, expand programing opportunities, and enhance the visitor experience, parkwide. CD+M served as lighting design consultants on this large-scale public area improvement project, which opened in the Fall of 2019.
