Marriott Miami Airport

Comprising three hotels, the Marriott Miami Airport unveiled a $70 million makeover in April of 2009. The complex's amenities include hypoallergenic PURE rooms, meeting and event facilities, a 2,800-square-foot health club accessible to guests of all three hotels, and an outdoor heated pool and whirlpool.

The 366-room Miami Airport Marriott is the brand's first hotel in Florida to adopt the Greatroom concept, which encourages work and relaxation in the lobby's common area through communal tables, a media zone, and bar.  CD+M provided interior lighting design services to Gensler in Chicago for public spaces.
